产品描述A potent, selective and photo-dependent inhibitor of PKC with IC50 of 50 nM; displays >1,000-fold selectivity over other protein kinases such as cAMP-dependent protein kinase and tyrosine-specific protein kinase; inhibits cell growth and promotes apoptosis in HeLa S3 and MCF-7 cells with IC50 of 0.23 and 0.18 uM, respectively; also inhibits phospholipase D1 and D2 (IC50=100 nM); also blocks β-catenin/Tcf transcriptional activity.Solid Tumors Discontinued.
